**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our roofing/restoration/construction operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fabricating and utilizing various tools and materials to ensure efficient production processes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise production staff to meet production goals
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Implement and maintain quality control standards
- Develop and optimize production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Train new employees on production processes
- Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in roofing, restoration, and construction
- Proficiency in working with roofing products, materials, and reading blueprints
- Strong understanding of roofing techniques and principles
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
