• Helping customers understand the needed repairs on their vehicles along with needed maintenance.
• Working with technicians to help our customers understand needed repairs.
• Working with extended warranty companies for repairs on vehicles.
• Coordinating appointments with customers
• Service advisors are the primary contact between the technicians and the customers

• Prior Service Advisor experience is helpful. Any sales experience helps.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Effective teamwork skills
