We offer the following:
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Full Time: 5-day work week (Monday-Saturday)

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding service to determine their flooring needs
Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
Visit customer's homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
Review space/area measurements and calculate number of materials needed for project requirements
Will be point of contact for customer to complete the following: provide flooring sample suggestions, schedule installation team, perform quality control throughout project
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
Keep up to date on the wide selection of flooring, cabinets, and window treatments
Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean
Occasionally team up with kitchen & bath designer and/or window treatment designer to assist on projects
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years' proven work experience in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, or similar role
Associate or bachelor's degree in communications, business management, or a similar field a plus
Basic computer/social media knowledge and math skills a must
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, yet in a team setting
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong personal and professional judgment
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers' needs and wants
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Knowledge of flooring and design industry a plus (Willing to train)
Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
