We are looking for a natural leader who is organized, ambitious, and a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The position is responsible for the outreach and door-knocking process for housing residents across the five boroughs. This involves constant communication with residents and the rest of the team.

We are looking for an empathetic candidate who can answer questions and concerns from residents and team members and take immediate steps to resolve issues. This position requires the candidate to travel daily by foot, in all weather conditions, and provide a high level of customer service to residents. A monthly travel stipend is provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between residents, relocation services, and contractors.
• Door-knock and eloquently explain FAQs to residents.
• Follow up with residents who have questions and concerns.
• Immediately address any problems and prioritize resident satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.
• Verifiable experience in customer service or working directly with residents.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel by foot and public transportation in all weather.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
