Position Summary:

• TheAdmin Assistant- Food Services, will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to the Nutrition Services Director.
• Responsible for general accounting and tracking of data for department.
• Provide clerical support to Director and department as needed.
• To provide financial support of the food services cost center. Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Point of contact for vendor payments and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for financial reporting to units and end-users across campus on charges and requisitions. Works with finance to accrue for monthly and year end expenses as appropriate.

Shift:

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Day Shift, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: Suburban Hospital,

Education/ Experience

• Associate’s Degree in business management or related field. Or three-five years’ related experience
• Computer savvy, paying vendor invoices, service oriented

• Strong spreadsheet/word processing skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills

• Strong customer service skills.

• Strong analytical skills.
