Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a FOH Manager located in Southport, NC. The FOH will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations,, as well as managing and developing staff. The FOH Manager will be interacting with the guests, running food, etc. The perfect fit will be personable, hard working. They have to WANT to work during the season.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage FOH staff.
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Pay: $50,942.00 - $54,456.00 per year
