Job Description

We are actively looking for participants for our Insurance Agent Development Program at our office located at 1360 S Wadsworth Blvd Ste 200 Lakewood CO 80232. This program provides in-depth training, mentorship from accomplished agency owners, and the opportunity to establish your own agency after successful completion of the program.

Salary and Work Hours

• The total yearly compensation is between $60,000.00 - $90,000.00. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
• Participate in local community events
• Develop networking relationships with key stakeholders such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, etc.
• Foster and maintain client relationships
• Use lead management systems effectively
• Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to acquire State of CO Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance licenses
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Keen to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Strong desire for personal and professional growth
