Job Overview-IT Support Specialist
The IT Support Specialist provides technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software related IT systems with assistance from our external IT partner. The goal of the IT Support Specialist role is to ensure operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Provide network support with a variety of operating systems
· Install and configure computer network equipment
· Provide network and desktop support to users
· Work with the external IT partner to maintain servers and associated hardware
· Evaluate and handle setup of client systems
· Support users of the company ERP software
· Implement and manage disaster recovery and back-ups along with the external IT partner
· Maintain network and program security users/permissions
· Troubleshoot issues related to viruses, spyware and spam as needed
· Develop and write reports as needed by the management team
· Report writing experience with Access/Excel a plus
Qualifications
· Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, CIS or related field OR relevant work experience
· 3 Years of Work Experience
· Industry certifications and memberships a plus
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Aptitude in problem solving

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
