Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive outreach and customer engagement.
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Utilize excellent communication skills to build rapport and establish relationships with customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with business development, market trends, and technology sales
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of technical sales processes is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
