We're open to hiring candidates in the following locations:

Basic Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience managing engineering teams
• 7 years of direct engineering team experience
• 3 years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems
• 8 years of experience leading the development of multi-tier web services
• Proficiency in engineering practices and patterns throughout the software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations
• Experience collaborating with product or program management teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively communicate with users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of Software Engineers to enhance their skills and effectiveness
