What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Store Associate, you will support the Management team in the day-to-day operations of the store. In this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, lead by example with consultative selling techniques, and maintain a dynamic presence on the sales floor.
You will serve as a brand ambassador for Our Company, delivering excellent customer service and educating customers about our products. Effective communication with team members and leadership to ensure timely sharing of feedback and business updates is crucial. Daily tasks include team leadership, cash handling procedures, and inventory management. Your focus on fostering a customer-centric environment through training, coaching, and developing team members contributes to creating outstanding experiences for both team members and customers.

Who You Are:
