1st Shift : Monday-Friday, 6am-2 : 30pm
Some weekends required
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for audits, acquiring PIV licenses to move skids, reports, working with the shipping team, and communicating with external warehouse teams.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :
- Under minimal supervision supports site-level packaging operations with activities ranging from daily packaging operational activities to implementing packaging-related changes that result in efficiency, cost saving and / or sustainability improvements.
- Manages site-level returnable packaging program by keeping an accurate inventory of all components within the program.
- Drive packaging engineer initiatives and collaborate with third party stakeholder to improve the returnable skid process efficiency.
- Stops work and immediately reports any major injury hazards, work-related Injury, illness, or incident
Complies with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.
Follows all applicable standard work, work instruction / process documentation and established quality procedures.

- Operations Integration in Industrial Packaging - Demonstrates and applies knowledge of manufacturing process, equipment, and the physical flows of inbound parts to finished goods to establish industrial packaging methods and equipment that integrate safely and efficiently into the operational environment.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Experience with computer is preferred.
Experience with forklift is preferred.
