Machine Operator
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in operation of HAAS and
Fanuc controls.
Our work is based around a high setup environment so the ability to understand
setups is a must
Our ideal candidate relies on limited experience and judgement
to plan and accomplish goals and perform a variety of tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Able to measure parts using micrometers and calipers
Ability to read a blueprint
Best Candidate / Plus : 2-3 years of CNC experience
Performed quality checks using a micrometers and caliper
Responsibilities
Assist with setup and operation of CNC machines and secondary machines
Assemble machined components
Inspect, deburr and wash machined parts
Packing of machined parts and materials
Perform tool changes
Performing offsets
Additional Requirements
Must be a US Citizen
Good written and oral communication
Must be able to lift 50 lbs with varying frequency.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Other job duties as required
Experience :
3 years of machine operator and set-up experience
Experience with using measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers,
gauges, and dials required.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
