We are seeking someone with exceptional organizational, process management, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong collaboration, execution, and communication abilities. Job ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, research, and address all client/stakeholder queries related to documentation, withholding, changes in circumstances, and reporting.Utilize prior tax experience to effectively navigate all aspects of tax operations.Engage in extensive interactions with internal stakeholders to understand and address their needs.Collaborate with various teams to propose and implement solutions to tax-related issues.Maintain a high level of communication and coordination to ensure seamless resolution of tax queries and issues.Provide support and guidance to team members on tax-related matters as needed.Stay updated on tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance and accuracy in all operations.Contribute to the development and improvement of tax processes and procedures.Assist in training new team members on tax operations and procedures.Continuously strive to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in tax-related tasks and processes. Skills/RequirementsPrior experience in the Financial Industry is highly preferredUnderstanding of client service, and process controls, with quick learning of internal systemsSuperior communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to work independently and within a team environmentExcellent time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsCapacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and commitment to quality workConsistent exercise of sound judgmentCommitment to personal development Additional Information:Hybrid work environment12-month contract with the possibility of converting/extending.Pay/Salary Range: Pay Range: $22-$24/hour YUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
