The Senior Manager of Market Deployment leads the strategy and execution of market deployment efforts within the Efficient Technology Accelerator (ETA) program for commercial and industrial technologies, which is about half of the total ETA portfolio. The position directly supervises a team of dedicated program staff and manages additional cross-functional staff and subcontractors. The ideal candidate has experience running commercial energy efficiency programs, is a skilled manager and collaborator, is dedicated to achieving impact through their work, and brings a strategic mindset to their work. The position is one of the key leadership positions that will be responsible for developing and growing the ETA a $12 million/year program over the next four years. Minnesota-based candidates are preferred, but we will consider other locations.

Market Transformation Team:
CEE launched a statewide market transformation program called the Efficient Technology Accelerator (ETA) in 2023, with committed and growing funding from the state of Minnesota and its utilities. The purpose of this program is to accelerate the development and adoption of emerging energy efficiency and decarbonization technologies. With a current size of about 22 staff, we are building and expanding a dream team of talent to grow the ETA into a major new source of energy and carbon reduction in the state.
