This position will be responsible for setting customers up for success and representing the entire Helix value proposition. Primary responsibility will be to consult with customers and vendors as AMS60 and Applied Epic Management System SME. In this role, the ideal candidate will ensure successful customer engagements and act as a solution expert, all in close alignment with the entire Helix and Agency team. To be successful you need... Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position. The salary range for this role for most locations is $64,800- $90,000. The salary range could be lower or higher based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
