Our Client is responsible for transporting new vehicles from the manufacturer plant to satellite lots and is seeking to hire new VEHICLE INSPECTORS in their DETROIT lots.

HOURS
5:00PM - 2:00AM OR END OF SHIFT

Position Summary

This position is responsible for all accountabilities of inspection of out-bound vehicles in plant or yard settings. Inspection responsibilities consist of identifying, evaluating, and classifying damages to the vehicle and recording results using a handheld scanning device. This process includes interior/exterior & under-hood inspections. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions. Dress for the weather.

Position Responsibilities:

-Conduct vehicle inspections and record results.
-Daily interaction and communication with customers.
-Perform ongoing process review and improvements.
-Identify and report potential day-to-day operational quality issues and potential improvements.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Education
-Prefer High School Diploma or GED.

Training
-Training will be provided on the job, but the employer is seeking someone with EXPERIENCE.

Skills
-Basic computer skills using Windows based Word and Excel.

Salary: $14.00 per hour
