Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, economics, mathematics, or insurance).
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets and utilizing underwriting software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Professional certifications such as CPCU or ARM are preferred but not required.
