What will you do as a Systems Administrator?
The Systems Administrator is responsible for all aspects of information technology and its related functions for the company. They will also be a key component of the cyber security team.
Location On site at Wexford, PA office. Not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Oversight of the hybrid Microsoft 365 Environment and integrations
Azure Active Directory/Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop, SharePoint, Defender, Certificate Services, Exchange, Endpoint Management, Company Portal
Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Forms, OneDrive
PowerShell scripting, automation, administration, and integration with 3rd party platforms or portals.
Support of Mobile Device Management (Intune), development of policies and deployment of mobile devices (iOS/Android) utilizing Apple Business Manager and Samsung Knox.
Own the asset lifecycle management process across a wide range of hardware and software.
Support on/offboard activities, software licensing and deployment technologies.
Understand and implement information security concepts and best practices during every activity. Continually work to reduce risk and enhance information security and assurance.
Interface with 3rd parties and managed service providers to assist with project goals and response times.
Prioritize and resolve critical hardware, software, and clinical issues. Establish root cause and appropriate corrective actions; escalate and involve MSP as needed.
Participate in meetings, assist with project implementation, identify process improvements or optimization of current solutions.
Creation of detailed documentation and willingness to communicate and train employees.
Knowledge of defensible network topologies, protocols, authentication, and security.
Ability to organize, deploy and manage TeamViewer in an enterprise environment.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field. Can be substituted for applicable experience.
Minimum 4 years in IT technical role with administration experience in Microsoft 365 tenants and applications - 2 years of interaction with security frameworks (HITRUST, NIST 800-171/NIST 800-53)
Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, sit for periods of time, install IT hardware or peripherals, and configure workspaces.
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
Preferred
Certifications: CompTIA A , Net , Sec , SSCP
Prior experience in medical/clinical settings or environments supporting medical staff.
