We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for multifamily construction and the ability to lead a team of professionals to success. This is a permanent position that offers excellent benefits and opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
As the Permanent Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from ground-up to completion. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the entire construction process
• Managing the schedule and ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Ensuring that all work is completed within budget
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals
• Managing all subcontractors and ensuring that they meet quality standards
• Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed
• Communicating regularly with project stakeholders
• Managing all change orders and ensuring that they are properly documented
• Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Managing all inspections and ensuring that all work meets local codes and regulations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in the multifamily construction industry. In addition, the following qualifications are required:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of professionals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems
• Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
