We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Copy of Structural Engineer to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about creating and implementing innovative structural designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and finalizing reports and work plans, working closely with other engineers, and performing structural calculations for commercial and residential projects. This role requires a deep understanding of structural design principles, geometric understanding, and a strong foundation in structure design.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Develop and finalize comprehensive reports and work plans.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to design and implement structural solutions.
- Apply a strong foundation in structure design and geometric understanding to all projects.
- Perform structural calculations for commercial and residential projects using wood and steel.
- Ensure all designs and calculations adhere to the standards set by IRC, IBC, ASCE-7, ACI, and AISC.
- Use Autodesk AutoCAD and RISA software for structural design and analysis.
- Adhere to all local and state regulations, including maintaining a valid Texas Structural Engineer License PE.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- PE certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Construction industry.
- Proficient in Autodesk AutoCAD and RISA software.
- Solid understanding of IRC, IBC, ASCE-7, ACI, AISC standards.
- Valid Texas Structural Engineer License PE.
- Excellent geometric understanding and strong foundation in structure design.
- Proven ability to develop and finalize reports and work plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team of engineers.
- Experience performing structural calculations for commercial and residential projects using wood and steel.
