Job Details
Preparation/review of monthly bank account and other account reconciliations
Posting journal entries in accounting software
Review of financial statements in preparation for monthly close
Support maintenance of accurate fixed asset records for assigned companies
Assist in managing the close process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information provided to management and external users
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting – CPA a plus
3-5 years’ experience in accounting or finance related positions
Strong customer service skills and effective written and oral communication skills
Strong skill set in Microsoft Office products
Detailed oriented/high level of accuracy
Knowledge of general accounting principles, specifically US GAAP
Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and respond to time sensitive deadlines
Flexible, strategic team player with high integrity and ethical standards
System implementation experience a plus but not required
