Job Description
Staff Accountant Job Duties
- Financial Reporting – Pulling and checking reports from ERP system using spreadsheet server program and other processes.
- GL Reconciliation – Ensure all entries are coded correctly. Coordination with accounting staff corrections that need to be made.
- Create and maintain all prepaid schedules.
- Reconcile and maintain all intercompany accounts.
- Prepare and file monthly sales taxes reports.
- Maintain fixed assets and prepare monthly depreciation entries.
- Maintain petty cash.
- Assist with annual audit preparation.
- Other assigned duties and projects.
