Job DetailsJob Details:
We are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer who specializes in SecOps, ITSM, and Integrations. This is a permanent role in our dynamic technology team. If you are a driven individual with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role will involve working on integration, deployment, security, incident response, and vulnerability response, and will require a deep understanding of ServiceNow. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you will play a key role in driving our technical operations and ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Manage and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow operations.
- Develop and execute SecOps and ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of software updates and enhancements.
- Implement security measures and manage incident and vulnerability responses.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficient in ServiceNow SecOps and ITSM modules.
- Experience in integration, deployment, security, incident response, and vulnerability response.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be an added advantage.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
