Job Details
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with major card brands and acquirers.
- Collaborate to expand payment gateway capabilities domestically and internationally.
- Prioritize and manage product request backlog.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee product release planning and set delivery expectations.
- Mitigate impediments affecting team performance.
- Conduct market research and present findings to the executive team.
- Lead Product Owners and oversee development lifecycle.
- Ensure well-defined requirements to reduce scope creep.
Requirements
- 4 years of product management experience at a fintech or payments organization
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of Alternative Payment Methods (APMs).
- Experience of using tools such as Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for Feature and Story backlog management would be an advantage
- Proficient in Agile processes and principles.
- Experience with identifying and implementing KPIs through market research, product strategy, roadmap development, and customer validation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of PCI-DSS standards and how it applies along with web product
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and creative problem-solver with a go-getter mentality.
- Experience setting up process flows in product or operational organizations.
