Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee electrical department - including people management
- Design and analysis of electrical power distribution systems, and lighting systems
- Design and analysis of low-voltage systems, including fire alarm, communications, security, public address, etc.
- Manage calculations related to electrical systems
- Proficient in electrical systems design software
- Creation of electrical drawings and specifications
- Review all submittals from contractors and respond to contractor questions
- MUST HAVE: Professional Engineering License in Nebraska or Iowa
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and low voltage.
- Proficiency in using engineering software, particularly Revit.
- Strong knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes, electrical codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, other departments, and clients.
