Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and deployment of scalable, secure DevOps solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline continuous delivery pipelines.
- Architect and manage cloud infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring systems for proactive issue resolution.
- Drive containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and enforce best practices for version control and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and practices.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies for process enhancement.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Dev team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Linux, Unix, & Windows administration.
- Expertise with cloud services and administration for clouds such as AWS, Azure (preferred), or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience in Terraform IaC and infra services ensuring high availability and performance.
- Experience with CI/CD and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, etc
- Adept in Docker containers and orchestration systems such as Docker Swarm or Kubernetes (preferred)
- Solid grasp of network architecture and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Experience with insurance or financial services is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating high-quality software.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
