Job Position: - Infra Structure Support Specialist
Location: - Lemont, Illinois
1.1.1. Level I—Works under direct supervision of higher classification staff member. Has one to three years relevant experience.
1.1.2. Level II—Works under direction of higher classification staff member. Has three or more years of relevant experience.
1.1.3. Level III—Works independently with periodic review of work by higher classification staff member. Has five or more years of relevant experience.
1.1.4. Level IV—Performs investigation and analysis of business requirements; establishes requirements and objectives of solution; prepares detailed project plans; recommends methodologies necessary to accomplish plan. Consults with application managers on planning and monitoring of work. Has five or more years of relevant experience as a senior systems analyst or higher technical classification.
1.1.5. Level V—Specialized in a particular hardware or software technology; capable of providing assistance in developing strategies, establishing the technical environment, and building efficient, and effective infrastructure. Has five or more years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert in a technical field.
11.1.1. Desired Skills and Responsibilities - Linux
1.1.1.1. Experience working with multiple Linux distributions with a focus on Red Hat
1.1.1.2. Experience with container technologies such as Rancher, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
1.1.1.3. Familiarity with DevOps concepts and practices
1.1.1.4. Familiarity with relational database management system concepts
1.1.1.5. Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies such as LDAP, SAML, and Kerberos
1.1.1.6. Understanding of Enterprise standard methodologies including Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), Solution and Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and ITIL
1.1.1.7. Experience with hosted cloud service technologies
1.1.2. Desired Skills and Responsibilities – Windows
