We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Registered Nurse for our Emergency Room in the Medical industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and possess a strong background in Emergency Department, Patient Triage, and Trauma Nursing.
Responsibilities:

• Provide expert care to patients in the Emergency Room setting
• Conduct patient triage and assessments to ensure timely and appropriate treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Manage and prioritize multiple patient cases simultaneously
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans
• Communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and expectations
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Emergency Room nursing

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
• 1 year of experience in Emergency Department, Patient Triage, and Trauma Nursing
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency care protocols
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
