Job Details
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure that all products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements, including USDA regulations.
• Train and mentor staff on quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in quality assurance in the Engineering industry.
• SQF Practitioner certification required.
• Experience working in a USDA Food Plant required.
• Strong knowledge of USDA regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
