Project Manager

Leveraging your previous experience, you will:
- Guide multidisciplinary client project teams to accomplish functional or technical deployment outcomes that align with client expectations
- Utilize project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to bring structure and add value across the project lifecycle
- Identify project risks and implement recommendations for mitigation, escalating derailers as necessary
- Build effective client relationships that result in mutually beneficial outcomes
- Take initiative and influence others to deliver results necessary to project success while fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration
- Seek opportunities to add value by taking on additional responsibilities to increase client success
- Present verbal and written status reports to all levels of client leadership including executive stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams to successful completion
- Identify business development opportunities to enable CORTAC to expand our footprint in the market
We'd love to hear from people with:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of Project Management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Demonstrated success in a client focused/consulting work environment
- Experience leading projects with executive stakeholders
- Expert level proficiency utilizing Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
- Effective data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities including experience presenting to groups at all levels
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Box, etc.)
- Demonstrated success achieving results in timeline focused, high ambiguity environments
- Demonstrated success working in client facing environments
- Experience leading the planning, scope, risk, and issue management of strategic, large scale/enterprise technology projects
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Consulting experience
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Company offered benefits: Eligible employees are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and long-term disability insurance. Eligible employees are also able to enroll in our company's 401(k) plan. Eligible employees will receive 15 days of vacation per year and nine paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
