Duties:
- Projects include commercial HVAC installation, mechanical construction, system maintenance and energy management/building automation
- Manage manpower, project coordination, technical advice, safety practices, quality control, and organization for plumbing, HVAC fire suppression projects
- Project management of design-build / design-assist
- Ability to manage multiple HVAC and purity piping and controls projects
- Participate in preliminary job/safety walk, billing , and cost to complete meetings
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with specifications, drawings, building and safety codes
- Provide cost proposals, engineering, and budgeting as necessary
- Develop constructive and long-lasting relationships with general contractors and customers.
- Develop and lead effective teams
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Construction (preferred not required)
- 5 years of onsite / industry experience
- Ability to work and travel to and from the site
