The Product Development Scientist is involved in planning, conducting and analyzing experiments leading to validation of diagnostic tests in the field of oncology. The scientist works in a team and needs to communicate relevant information to professional colleagues and to participate constructively in decision making that will impact the performances of the final product.
Job Details

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of experience working in research & development or Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years experience or a Ph.D with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Knowledgeable, with good technical insight of molecular biology, particularly PCR and MSP, DNA extraction and modification
• Knowledge FDA quality systems regulations (QSR) and ISO standards (ISO 13485 or ISO 9001-2008) a plus.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, reasoning ability, critical attitude and communication skills
