Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Develop and implement automated testing strategies for our software products, including UI, API, and other interfaces.
2. Utilize tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, and others to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
3. Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
5. Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.
6. Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues and ensure that software bugs are reported and addressed.
7. Participate in code reviews to ensure that all code meets quality standards before deployment.
8. Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to junior QA engineers, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
10. Stay abreast of the latest QA testing tools and strategies, and implement them as appropriate.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in a QA engineering role, with a strong focus on automation.
3. Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
4. Experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent.
5. Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
6. Experience with API testing and UI testing.
7. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
8. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment and build tools (Jenkins, Travis, etc.).
9. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to work independently.
11. Experience leading a team or mentoring junior QA engineers is a plus.
