Job DetailsManaging a book of our high profile clients, you will be responsible for : Servicing all aspects of our clients personal insurance needs, usually in partnership with an Account Executive or Producer, from renewal preparation and marketing to policy administrationGathering accurate information from clients and preparing applications for submission to the insurance companiesDeveloping proposals and insurance summaries based on an evaluation of the clients coverage needsSupporting and processing new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewritesExplaining insurance policies and coverages, suggesting coverage enhancements, and resolving general customer inquiriesMaintaining electronic client account records and adhering to agency procedures and workflowsThis role will evolve into a full management role.

RequirementsExceptional aptitude for customer service and nurturing long term relationshipsHighly accountable, resourceful, and flexibleProven hands-on experience with an in-depth understanding of Personal Lines CoveragesSuperior presentation skills and ability to understand one's audiencesDemonstrated critical thinking skills;

collecting information, asking thoughtful questions and analyzing possible solutionsEffective time management, organizational, and intercommunication skills with outstanding attention to detailMinimum of 3 years of insurance agency experience in an Account Manager roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management technology, preferably TAMFamiliarity with High Net Worth clientele and clients located in coastal markets a plusAbility to follow agency procedures and workflows with minimal supervisionThrives in a fast-paced, professional, team environmentInterested in hearing more?
