Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Gather, index and exchange evidence and exhibits (physical and electronic)
- Digest depositions and flagging issues and inconsistencies
- Draft trial memoranda and other pleadings
- Electronic filing with state and federal courts
- Coordinate witness and expert testimony
- Prepare Trial Exhibits
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of Personal Injury Litigation experience is required
- 1-3 years of Trial Preparation
- Paralegal Certification
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
