This is an opportunity to join the Guardians of the Bots in the payroll department working with the Director of Payroll Management.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• 3 years of payroll processing experience including time and attendance and knowledge of Paychex Flex & Time & Attendance
• 2 years of multi-state payroll experience
• 1 years of onboarding and benefits administration

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Process multi state payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly & semi-monthly basis.
• Set up onboarding paperwork for new hires and track status for timely completion.
• Ensure that all new hires, terminations, pay rate or position changes are processed promptly.
