Job Details
In search of a dynamic and personable Employment lawyer, ideally with Hospitality and Counseling experience, to join our high-performing legal team, with great potential to grow with the firm, and love what you do!
This position is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to handle intricate and diverse employment issues that come up in the hospitality industry, and work in a fast-paced, challenging, and fun work environment!
Requirements:

• Bared in NY with at least 3 years of Employment Law experience and a desire to lead and grow with the firm
• Will work on the following, for example: about half of practice will be Counseling clients on L&E issues, small transactional work (severance agreements, etc), and other portion litigation (wage and hour, discrimination, etc)
• Comfortable working independently, as well as collaboratively with the team
• Could get involved with firm-wide marketing initiatives - very client focused!
• Loves supporting clients in the hospitality field, and excited to learn and problem-solve.
