Title: Mechanical Test Engineer (8-12 month contract)
Compensation: $45-$62/hour (depending on experience)

Job Details
Responsibilities:

• Perform environmental testing in adherence to industry standards, ensuring product compliance and reliability.
• Provide mechanical drawing support for electronic packaging, optimizing design functionality.
• Develop and revise assembly drawings and diagrams to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Maintain engineering drawings and parts lists to support ongoing product improvements.
• Participate in sustaining engineering activities to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency.

What you need for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating proficiency in engineering principles.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, testing, and documentation of electronic assemblies.
• Proficiency in Solidworks CAD & PDM, essential for effective design and modification tasks.
• Familiarity with design and assembly documentation, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Experience in creating detailed mechanical drawings for various components.
• Ability to document and compile test results accurately.
• Previous experience in relevant sectors is advantageous.
