Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
• Work with engineers and production staff to identify and implement improvements to equipment and systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Participate in training programs to stay current with new technologies and equipment

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
