Are you a skilled maintenance mechanic / technician with a knack for fixing things? Do you have a passion for keeping machinery in top-notch condition?

If yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and equipment, providing routine and emergency maintenance to ensure our operations run smoothly.

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of technical expertise and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including :

1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on various types of machinery, including motors, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.

2. Utilizing CMMS for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks.

3. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues, including working with PLC controls and electrical schematics.

4. Maintaining and repairing pneumatic systems.

5. Providing mechanical maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery.

6. Performing facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing and general upkeep.

7. Using power and hand tools to perform repairs and installations.

8. Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

9. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and standards.

10. Documenting all maintenance and repair work for record-keeping purposes.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.

2. Proven experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

3. Proficiency in working with motors, mechanical maintenance, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.

4. Familiarity with electrical troubleshooting, including working with electrical controls and PLC controls.

5. Experience with CMMS for tracking and scheduling maintenance tasks.

6. Skills in facility maintenance, including plumbing.

7. Proficiency in using power and hand tools.

8. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.

9. Strong commitment to safety and quality.

10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

12. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

13. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
