We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Customer Service Lead for an on-site position within our thriving manufacturing company.
This role is instrumental in ensuring the continuous improvement of our customer service functions, as well as driving customer satisfaction to new heights.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Visual, and a proven track record in the customer service field.

Responsibilities :
As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer service landscape. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
1. Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver top-notch service consistently.
2. Overseeing the efficient operation of various ERP systems, with a preference for Visual.
3. Developing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
4. Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries.
5. Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new hires.
6. Developing, implementing, and monitoring key performance indicators.
7. Maintaining a deep knowledge of the products and services we offer.
8. Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service.
9. Conducting regular team meetings to set expectations and provide updates.
10. Providing timely feedback to the team and motivating them to reach and exceed their goals.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service coupled with outstanding leadership skills.
Below are the qualifications needed for this position :
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with ERP systems, Visual preferred.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7. The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
8. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
