We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to join our construction industry team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, commercial properties, and residential landscapes. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that our projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop landscape design plans that meet project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct site analysis and evaluate the environmental, cultural, and social factors that influence landscape design.
• Develop concept plans, construction documents, and cost estimates for landscape projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and oversee construction activities to ensure that designs are executed to specifications.
• Conduct post-construction evaluations and make recommendations for improvements and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 3 years of experience in landscape architecture, site planning, and land development.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
