We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Permanent IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT systems, ensuring that they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to provide support and assistance to our end-users, ensuring that they can work effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering questions related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Manage and maintain our Active Directory, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage and maintain our MS SQL server, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Write reports and queries using SQL, providing insights into our IT systems and identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain our Windows Active Directory, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage and maintain our Windows stack, including Windows 10, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to improve our IT systems.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory, MS SQL server, SQL, report writing, Windows Active Directory, and the Windows stack, including Windows 10.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, but not required.
