WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Daily External Source Reconciliation Feed Analysis
• Credit Card program logistics and maintenance of the master list
• Assist in the Maintenance and organization of Treasury records.
• Assist in the Maintenance and organization of corporate records.
• Calculate and enter expenditures.
• Review and audit expense reports
• Follow up with cardholders on approval of card expenses when required.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives, and perform various tasks as needed by the assigned unit/department.
• Perform research and prepare reports on assigned topics and /or projects overseen by direct report.
• Update and roll-over of financial analysis overseen by Senior Accountant
• Payroll Summary Reconciliation reviewed by Senior Accountant
• Processing of daily cash update

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Accounting Principals
• Currently enrolled as a student in a college program with course work related in Finance and/or Business.
