Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to solicitation materials for upcoming campaigns and events
- Cultivate relationships with donors to understand their priorities and decision-making
- Work cross-functionally to maximize giving, including workplace, employee engagement, and pro bono contributions
- Track gifts to ensure they are allocated properly
- Work with the team to identify prospective donors, educate on fundraising, and work on donor visits and solicitations
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of donors, and track communication and relationships
- Create engagement programs to support current and future initiatives
- Attend and support fundraising events
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in PR, Comms, Social Welfare, or related area of study
- 5 years experience with nonprofit fundraising and direct donor solicitation
- 2 years experience of portfolio moves management and direct solicitation
- Salesforce experience highly desired
- Experience managing a portfolio of donors
- Some local travel and offsite required
- Must be able to work in our Orange County office daily*
