Job Details
A prominent law firm committed to excellence and client satisfaction is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Law Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, providing comprehensive legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment-related matters.
Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and

hour compliance, and employee benefits.

• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research to stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, and provide proactive counsel to clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective employment practices and policies.
• Advise on workplace investigations, employee discipline, and termination procedures.
• Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in employment law.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing employment law.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Strong litigation experience
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
Demonstrated commitment to client service and building strong client relationships.
