The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all electrical installations and repairs, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role involves a variety of tasks, including coordinating with other construction professionals, and liaising with clients and stakeholders. The Electrical Foreman will report directly to the Project Manager and will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for our construction projects.
• Prepare and implement project schedules, coordinating with other construction professionals to ensure that all work is completed on

time.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical work, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the course of a project.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other construction professionals, providing regular updates on the progress of electrical work.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with local and national electrical codes.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman, or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and installations, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and other construction

professionals.

• A strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of local and national electrical codes.
• A valid electrician's license.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging conditions.
