Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Director to lead our payroll operations across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll across all countriesManage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as neededDevelop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulationsCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processesManage the implementation and maintenance of Workday and Netsuite payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrityContinuously monitor and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and reduce costsStay up-to-date with changes in global payroll regulations and ensure compliance across all countriesProvide regular reporting and analysis of payroll data to senior management and other stakeholders
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred10 years of experience managing global payroll operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in Workday and Netsuite payroll systems, with experience implementing and managing these systems in a global contextStrong understanding of global payroll regulations and compliance requirementsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payroll issues quickly and effectivelyAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organizationWillingness to travel internationally as needed to support global payroll operations
