Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide top-tier technical support for all company hardware and software, with a focus on MacOS and ServiceNow.
2. Use your expertise in MDM deployment, Okta SSO, Windows 10/11, and JAMF to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including maintaining, upgrading, and configuring new hardware and software.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for team members experiencing technical issues, providing prompt and efficient service.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes and systems, contributing to our continuous improvement culture.
6. Document all technical inquiries, develop and update manuals, and train team members to maximize the use of existing technology.
7. Conduct regular system audits to ensure the optimal functioning of all systems.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment within the Media & Entertainment industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of MacOS, ServiceNow, MDM deployment, Okta SSO, Windows 10/11, and JAMF.
3. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
5. Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
6. A customer-focused approach, with the ability to provide high-quality support to team members.
7. The ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.
8. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
9. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
